How many years can Foshan enterprises pay social security?

The payment of social security is divided into unit payment and individual payment. If it is paid by the company, there is no time limit for payment, as long as the employee pays 15 years. If it is an individual, the state stipulates that if an individual wants to receive a pension after retirement, he must pay enough social security for 15 years. Therefore, if there are not fifteen years, he must pay enough to make up for how many years he lacks. According to Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law, the employing unit shall handle the social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.
