Why is the social security deduction different every month?

The monthly social security withholding fee is basically the same, because the withholding fee is related to the local social wage of the previous year. The social wage is counted in the middle of each year and will be paid later, so the fee in the second half of the year may be different, but it has been implemented according to this standard until the middle of the year after payment, and so on.
