Notice on Adjusting the Upper Limit of Housing Provident Fund Deposit Base in 2022

Housing provident fund deposit unit:

According to the Regulations of the State Council on the Administration of Housing Provident Fund and the Code for the Collection of Housing Provident Fund (GB/T 51271-2017), the relevant matters concerning the adjustment of the deposit base of housing provident fund in 2022 are hereby notified as follows:

1. According to the statistical data of the average annual salary of employees in Shenyang in 20021year, according to the relevant regulations, the upper limit of the deposit base of housing provident fund in Shenyang in 2022 will be adjusted to 25,386 yuan.

2. All deposit units are requested to strictly implement policies and do a good job in adjusting the deposit base of housing provident fund in 2022.

Notice on Adjusting the Minimum Deposit Base of Housing Provident Fund

Housing provident fund deposit unit:

According to the Notice of Shenyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Shenyang (Ren Shenshe Fa [2021] No.39), the minimum wage standard in Shenyang has been raised. The district and county (city) housing provident fund minimum deposit base adjustment notice is as follows:

1. Heping District, Shenhe District, Tiexi District, Huanggu District, Dadong District, Hunnan District, Yuhong District, Shenbei New District and Sujiatun District were adjusted from 18 10 yuan to 1965438 yuan;

2. Liaozhong District, xinmin city, Faku County and Kangping County were changed from 1540 yuan to 1640 yuan.

The adjusted minimum deposit base of housing provident fund will be implemented from June 7, 2022.

According to the Notice of Shenyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Shenyang (SSFA [2021] No.39), the deposit base of housing provident fund shall conform to the prescribed scope, and the maximum shall not be higher than three times the average monthly wage of employees in the previous year in the city where employees are located, and the minimum shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard published by the city where employees are located. It is concluded that the lower limit of the deposit base of housing provident fund in our city in 2022 is: Heping District, Shenhe District, Tiexi District, Huanggu District, Dadong District, Hunnan District, Yuhong District, Shenbei New District and Sujiatun District, 19 10 yuan; Liaozhong District, xinmin city, Faku County and Kangping County are 1640 yuan.

In 2022, the minimum deposit base of employee housing provident fund in Heping District is 19 10 yuan, and the personal contribution guarantee amount is calculated according to the minimum deposit ratio of the unit and employees, and shall not be less than 19 1 yuan.
