The new social security company needs to apply for recruitment registration first, and the required materials are as follows:

5. Employees who handle social security must sign labor contracts.

After the materials are complete, go to the employment agency in the area where the company is located, fill in the Registration Form for Employees Employed by Shanghai Units (in triplicate, and the form will be filled in on the spot), fill in the Employee Labor Manual with the date (consistent with the date of signing the labor contract) and the Labor Registration Form in the file, and stamp it.

2. To apply for provident fund, employees must put on record before they can apply.

Official seal

All the above materials must be stamped with official seals.

Meet the handling requirements, social security agencies print "Checklist" in duplicate, one for each party.

The social security agency gives the company a bank information (used to apply for a special social security payment card in the future).

Issue social insurance registration certificates.

Submit the bank information provided by the social security agency, apply for the social security special payment card (ICBC), wait for the bank to verify, and notify you after verification, and you can get the card.

Note: The time required for verification cannot be determined.

After the above procedures are completed, they will be handled in the current month and take effect in the next month, and payment will be notified.

Go to the company provident fund management center and open a provident fund account. The required information is as follows:

Copy of business license

Copy of organization code certificate

"Registration Form of Shanghai Housing Provident Fund Unit Deposit" (Shanghai Housing Provident Fund is downloaded online and filled in completely)

All the above materials must be stamped with official seals.

Remarks: The processing time is one working day.

After opening an account successfully, you can go to the construction bank designated by the provident fund handling office the next day and go to the provident fund acceptance point to handle the down payment of the provident fund. The required information is as follows:

Notice of transfer of Shanghai provident fund in duplicate.

List of changes in the collection and payment of Shanghai housing provident fund in triplicate.

Letter of Remittance of Shanghai Provident Fund in triplicate.

Transfer check for the corresponding payment amount (stamped with special financial seal and official seal of the company on the front)

Employees who pay the provident fund shall provide the personal provident fund account number of the employees of the company. If there is no payment, you need to open a new account; If the account has been deposited, it only needs to be transferred, but the transfer requirement is that the original company has returned its provident fund account to the provident fund management center.

Remarks: The company undertakes 37% of social security and 7% of provident fund, accounting for 44%;

Individuals bear social security 1 1% and provident fund 7%, which is 18%.
