Activate 1 through Alipay Citizen Center and click Citizen Center.

Go to Alipay's homepage and click Citizen Center.

Click the "Social Security" function to enter.

3. Click on "Electronic Social Security Card"

4. Click "Get Electronic Social Security Card"

Click "Get Electronic Social Security Card" to activate.
