1. When this compensation policy was introduced according to the situation of local landless farmers, there were differences due to the different ages of the parties. For more information, see the following:

(1) Article 4 On the day when the land acquisition compensation and resettlement plan is approved according to law, the following measures shall be taken for men over 50 years of age but under 60 years of age and women over 40 years of age but under 50 years of age:

(a) the land acquisition department shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium and basic medical insurance premium for a certain period of time in one lump sum, and at the same time issue a one-time employment subsidy according to the standard of 6,000 yuan per person.

(II) If such personnel establish labor relations with the employing units (including urban individual industrial and commercial households) after receiving the one-time employment subsidy, the units and themselves shall participate in the basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance and maternity insurance for urban workers, and the social insurance premiums shall be paid by the units and themselves according to the prescribed proportion, and they shall enjoy relevant social insurance benefits during the period of paying social insurance premiums. If there is no employer, you can participate in the basic old-age insurance and basic medical insurance for urban workers in accordance with relevant regulations, and the social insurance premium will be paid by yourself. Enjoy the basic medical insurance for urban workers during the period of paying the basic medical insurance premium. (III) From the month following the age of 60 for men or 50 for women, the social insurance agency shall calculate and pay the basic pension in accordance with the provisions of the basic old-age insurance system for urban workers in this Municipality, and then enjoy the adjustment of the basic pension stipulated by the state. I have paid the basic medical insurance premium 15 years or more (including the one-time payment of the basic medical insurance premium by the land-expropriated department) and enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits for urban workers.

(2) On the date when the compensation and resettlement scheme for land acquisition is approved according to law, if the male is over 40 years old but under 50 years old and the female is over 30 years old but under 40 years old, the resettlement shall be carried out in the following ways:

(a) land acquisition departments to pay a one-time payment of a certain number of years of basic old-age insurance and basic medical insurance, and at the same time according to the standard of 8000 yuan per person to issue a one-time employment subsidy.

(II) If such personnel establish labor relations with employers (including urban individual industrial and commercial households) after receiving one-time employment subsidies, the units and themselves shall participate in the basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance for urban workers, and the social insurance premiums shall be paid by the units and themselves according to the prescribed proportion. Enjoy relevant social insurance benefits during the period of paying social insurance premiums. If there is no employer, you can participate in the basic old-age insurance and basic medical insurance for urban workers in accordance with relevant regulations, and the social insurance premium will be paid by yourself. Enjoy the basic medical insurance for urban workers during the period of paying the basic medical insurance premium. (3) If such personnel are over 60 years old for men and 50 years old for women, and the accumulated years of paying basic old-age insurance premiums and basic medical insurance premiums (including the years of paying basic old-age insurance premiums and basic medical insurance premiums for them at one time by land acquisition departments) are more than 15 years or more, the social insurance agency will calculate and pay basic pensions for them according to the provisions of the basic old-age insurance system for urban workers in this Municipality from next month, and then enjoy the adjustment of basic pensions stipulated by the state. At the same time enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits for urban workers.

(III) On the day when the land acquisition compensation and resettlement plan is approved according to law, the following measures shall be taken for men aged 18 but under 40 and women aged 18 but under 30:

(a) the land acquisition department shall issue a one-time employment subsidy according to the standard of 20,000 yuan per person.

(II) If such personnel obtain employment in various forms after receiving a one-time employment subsidy, they shall participate in social insurance and pay social insurance premiums in accordance with the provisions of the social insurance system for urban workers in our city, and enjoy social insurance benefits in accordance with the provisions.

(4) Article 7 Persons under the age of 18 on the day when the land acquisition compensation and resettlement scheme is approved according to law shall be executed in the following ways:

(a) the land acquisition department shall pay a one-time living allowance to its legal guardian according to the standard of 10000 yuan per person.

(two) such personnel should participate in social insurance and pay social insurance premiums in accordance with the provisions of the social insurance system for urban workers in our city after employment, and enjoy social insurance benefits according to regulations.
