What if the social security is not paid and people are gone?

If there are no people who have not paid enough social security, social security can be taken out. Details are as follows:

1. After the death of an on-the-job employee or retiree, the individual contributions in his personal account before his death can be inherited according to regulations. Before the death of the deceased, the employer and the heir shall present the following information to the social insurance agency when receiving (receiving) the personal account payment according to the regulations: the death certificate of the deceased, the employee pension insurance manual and the employee basic pension insurance personal account survivor inheritance application form, the identity certificate and copy of the heir, the relationship certificate between the heir and the deceased, and the power of attorney of the leader of the entrusted unit;

2. If it is an enterprise retiree, I will issue a death certificate to the local police station where my household registration is located, apply to the social security service center with my household registration book and valid proof of the relationship with the deceased, return all the fund balance of the deceased's personal account, and pay the bereavement allowance of 10 month local social salary.

The activation method of social security card is as follows:

1. Users can ask the on-site staff to help activate their social security cards for the first time.

2. On-the-job employees can call the social security service hotline to help activate the social security card through manual customer service;

3. If the user is busy, you can also entrust others to handle it. The trustee should hold the social security card, power of attorney and personal identity documents to the social security agency for activation;

4. Use it for the first time in a designated medical insurance hospital or pharmacy for activation.

Employees shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium in accordance with the proportion of wages stipulated by the state and record it in their personal accounts.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees who have participated in the basic old-age insurance shall pay the basic old-age insurance premiums in accordance with state regulations and record them in the basic old-age insurance pooling fund and individual accounts respectively.
