After the social security meets the conditions for receiving the pension insurance for urban workers, the pension insurance for urban and rural residents can be transferred to the insurance for flexible employees (i.e. the pension insurance for urban workers), and the insured person can submit a written application for the connection of the pension insurance system to the social insurance agency where the benefits are received. After the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents is converted into flexible employment insurance, all the savings in the personal account of urban residents' insurance are included in the personal account of flexible employees, but the corresponding payment period cannot be converted into flexible employment payment period.

Article 3 After reaching the statutory retirement age of urban workers' old-age insurance and urban and rural residents' old-age insurance, if the payment period of urban workers' old-age insurance reaches 15 (including extending the payment to 15), you can apply for changing from urban and rural residents' old-age insurance to urban workers' old-age insurance, and pay corresponding treatment according to the urban workers' old-age insurance method; If the payment period of endowment insurance for urban workers is less than 15 years, you can apply for transferring from endowment insurance for urban workers to endowment insurance for urban and rural residents. When the conditions for receiving the pension insurance for urban and rural residents are met, the corresponding treatment shall be paid according to the pension insurance for urban and rural residents.

Article 4 If the insured person needs to go through the procedures for connecting the pension insurance system for urban workers with the pension insurance system for urban and rural residents, he shall first determine the place where he receives the benefits in accordance with the relevant provisions of the pension insurance for urban workers, and collect the pension insurance relationship of the pension insurance for urban workers to the place where he receives the benefits, and then go through the procedures for connecting the systems.

When the insured person goes through the formalities of system connection, if he is transferred from the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents to the endowment insurance for urban employees, he shall apply for it at the place where he receives the pension insurance benefits for urban employees; From the old-age insurance for urban workers to the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, an application shall be made at the place where the old-age insurance benefits for urban and rural residents are transferred.

Article 5 If the insured person transfers from the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents to the endowment insurance for urban employees, the amount of storage in the individual account of the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents shall be fully incorporated into the individual account of the endowment insurance for urban employees, and the payment period of the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents shall not be calculated or converted into the payment period of the endowment insurance for urban employees.
