Second, the talent classification and reward standards

According to different levels and categories such as academic qualifications, professional titles and skill levels, they are divided into four categories: young talents, young talents, young talents and young talents, and given corresponding monetary rewards:

"Young crop talents": graduates with college education or junior professional titles are classified as senior workers in short supply occupations (jobs) or graduates from senior technical schools and technician colleges who have obtained senior workers, and are given a 20,000 yuan settlement reward;

Third, the application conditions

The application must meet the following conditions:

1. Graduates with full-time college education or above, or senior workers with junior titles in short-term (vocational) positions, or senior technical schools and technician colleges with relevant certificates of senior workers or above. Among them, the staff of public institutions must have a full-time master's degree or above, or an associate senior title (senior technician) or above, and their majors (posts) are required to adapt to their posts and engage in professional and technical work in the front line;

Under the age of 2.50, the age of "young English talents" can be relaxed to 55;

3. Newly settled or existing Fenghua household registration talents will return to our district to purchase the only family housing in Ningbo since the implementation of this policy. Among them, "young talents" and "young talents" are not subject to household registration restrictions;

4. Sign a labor (employment) contract with the employer for more than 3 years, pay social insurance and personal income tax according to law, and the personnel file relationship is in our district. Among them, foreign talents do not need to provide personnel file relations, but they need to provide work permits for foreign experts in Ningbo;

5. The applicant must be well-behaved and dedicated, and have no criminal record in the past five years. In the past five years, the annual assessment of public institutions has been above qualified. The above situation adopts the commitment system and is responsible for the promised situation.

In order to facilitate talents and simplify procedures, talents' settlement incentives can be carried out together with talents' purchase of houses or talents' housing subsidy applications.

4. Property obtained from immediate family members by means of purchase or gift. Or change or return the contract to purchase faster commercial housing, which is not within the scope of these measures.
