College graduates hold social security cards, diplomas or insurance certificates issued by the medical insurance department at or above the county level where the school is located to go through the medical insurance transfer procedures at the convenience service center and pay medical insurance premiums.

3. To participate in medical insurance, you need to bring relevant materials: my ID card, unemployment certificate and two 1 inch photos, and go to the business window of the local social security center for processing; After the social security institutions audit, go through the formalities of endowment insurance; After completing the old-age insurance procedures, bring relevant materials to the business window of the local medical insurance center for medical insurance.

Article 58

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
