What will happen if you leave your job and don't report for social security?

1. Fill in the Application Form for Layoff (in duplicate).

2. Where the number of employees in the unit is above 10 (including 10), it must be reported through the website of Guangdong Social Insurance Fund Administration.

3. After submitting the business data online, the unit that has not applied for CA certification shall go through the on-site confirmation formalities before 25th of that month with the online downsizing declaration form printed online and stamped with the official seal of the unit. If the prescribed procedures are not completed and the on-site confirmation is not completed on time, the application business will not be completed.

4. After receiving the application for stopping insurance, the handling personnel shall review it on the spot and handle it immediately if it meets the requirements. Those who do not meet the conditions will not be admitted.

5. After the insurance is terminated, print the personal account statement of the endowment insurance to the insured, and affix the official seal of the business on the personal account statement of the endowment insurance.
