The materials required to declare retirement are as follows:
1, normal retirement, employee personal file; One original and one copy of employee ID card; A recent bareheaded one-inch photo; "Approval Form for Retirement of Enterprise Employees" in triplicate; "Statistical Table of One-time Pension Allowance for Only-child Parents of Enterprises in Retirement" in duplicate; A copy of "Detailed Information Data Filling Form for Newly-established Retirees in Enterprises"; If a female cadre retires as a worker or a female worker retires as a cadre, the unit to which she belongs shall issue two certificates of her relevant work.

3.
