(4) The social security agencies of each district (city) will mail the first and third copies of the insurance certificate and the information form of the insured person's medical insurance coverage change to the new employment agency. E. After receiving the first copy of the insurance certificate and the information form, the agency in the new place of employment shall go through the continuation procedures.
