I resigned. How can I get the social security money back?

Legal analysis: after resignation, the money in the social security card will not be cleared, but will still remain in the personal account of the social security card. After finding a new unit, you only need to transfer the money in social security, especially the insured who are employed across provinces, and their basic old-age insurance relationship will be transferred accordingly.

Legal basis: Article 57 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the employing unit shall, within 30 days from its establishment, apply to the local social insurance agency for social insurance registration with its business license, registration certificate or unit seal. The social insurance agency shall, within fifteen days from the date of receiving the application, examine and issue the social insurance registration certificate. Where the social insurance registration items of the employer are changed or the employer is terminated according to law, it shall go to the social insurance agency to change or cancel the social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of change or termination.
