1. Flexible employees shall go to any business outlet of the self-selected withholding bank to handle the entrusted withholding of social insurance fees, sign the Power of Attorney for Flexible Employees to Pay Social Insurance Fees (agreement), and open a personal current settlement account as the designated entrusted withholding account with the Payment Form for Flexible Employees issued by the urban social security agency (working organization) and their resident ID card. If the original agreement on withholding social insurance premiums has been signed with the bank and the entrustment has not been terminated, it is not necessary to sign it again.
2. When the flexible employment insured goes through the insurance registration formalities in the urban social security agency (workplace), they should deposit enough withholding amount in the designated withholding account before the 25th of each month in accordance with the determined insurance coverage and the corresponding payment standard, and the entrusted withholding bank will withhold and remit it on a monthly basis. Flexible employees who participate in pension and medical insurance at the same time shall be deducted in the order of withholding medical insurance premium first and then withholding pension insurance premium.
3. After flexible employees pay medical insurance premiums, they are deemed to have paid maternity insurance premiums for the same period.
