Specific matters such as the verification and calculation of the unit payment wage base should be strictly implemented in accordance with the provisions. The total average monthly salary of the employees of the insured unit for more than one year is the base of the unit payment wage, and if the base of the unit payment wage is lower than the sum of the individual payment wage bases of the employees, the base of the unit payment wage is the sum of the individual payment wage bases of the employees. The base of unit payment salary should be adjusted accordingly with the changes of the insured in the current year and the current month. The wage payment unit shall provide the social security agency with the "Personal Account Form of Basic Old-age Insurance for Employees" and the monthly salary list of the insured. If a civil servant is resident in the insured unit and receives wages from the insured unit, his wages shall be calculated based on the wages paid by the insured unit. When the insured personnel go through the insurance registration formalities as employees (excluding those who have continuous work experience and are insured as individual workers), their payment base shall be included in the original payment base of the unit where the basic old-age insurance relationship is located as the payment base of this unit. If the staff outside the establishment of government agencies and institutions participate in the basic old-age insurance for employees of urban enterprises, the base of unit payment wages shall be approved according to the total wages of all employees participating in the basic old-age insurance, and the base of unit payment wages shall not be lower than the sum of individual payment wages. Public welfare posts, "three supports and one support" personnel to participate in the basic old-age insurance for employees of urban enterprises, the unit to which they belong takes the total monthly salary of all insured personnel of the unit as the payment base, and pays the fee according to the proportion of 22%.
