Dongguan social security participation process
Step 1: The applicant applies to the Insurance Relations Section of Dongguan Social Security Bureau or the Insurance Relations Unit of each town and street social security sub-bureau and submits the application materials.
Step 2: The receiver verifies the application materials and makes an acceptance decision on the spot; If the applicant does not meet the application qualification or the materials are incomplete and do not meet the statutory form, the accepting personnel will not accept the application and issue a Notice of Supplementary Information on the spot.
Step 3: Those that meet the requirements will be reviewed and entered by the accepting personnel. Those that do not meet the requirements shall be returned to the applicant.
Step 4: Obtain the new registration information form of the institution (unit).
Personal registration process
Urban and rural residents:
Step 1: Rural residents who meet the conditions for participation in insurance shall go to the village committee (community) where their household registration is located with 1 copy of their household registration book and ID card, and fill in the Registration Form for Social Endowment Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents in Dongguan (hereinafter referred to as "Participation Form"), which will be audited by village managers and submitted to the township office for review and seal, and then submitted to the district (city) and county agencies by the township office.
Step 2: The endowment insurance agencies of urban and rural residents in districts (cities) and counties will input the insured information into the system and establish the insured relationship.
Step 3: The Township Office prints the Notice of Establishing a Personal Payment Bank for Social Endowment Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents in Dongguan, and sends it to the insured through the village agent, instructing them to open a social security card and passbook in the bank as required and pay the premium in advance.
Step 4: The registration of urban residents' insurance shall be handled directly at the offices of all districts in the city and the endowment insurance agencies of urban and rural residents in all districts (cities) and counties.
Flexible employees:
Flexible employees hold the original and photocopy of relevant information, and go to the fund collection department of social security agencies (five districts in the city are district offices) to handle the insurance payment window.
Note: Flexible employees should pay the monthly insurance premium in full before the 8th of each month, and deposit high supplementary medical insurance premium in 24 yuan every June 5438+ 10. Every social security year, you can call 12333 to consult the new payment standard.
