1, school children (1 excluding children from low-income families):

(1) The insured children receive the application materials from the school;

(3) The school examines and collects relevant information and submits it to the social security agency;

(4) The social security agency accepts the insurance information, reviews the insurance information, enters the insurance information, establishes the social security collection account and collects the application fee in the bank through the computer system;

(5) After the collection of children's medical insurance premiums is successful, the school can apply to the social security agency for making a certificate of children's medical insurance, print the certificate-making list in the children's insurance collection window, pay the certificate-making fee in the social security certificate-making window and go through the certificate-making procedures;

(6) 20 working days after accepting the certificate-making procedures, the school will receive the children's medical insurance certificate from the social security institution and issue it to the insured;

(1) The guardian of the insured child goes to the social security agency where the household registration is located to receive the insurance application materials;

(3) The social security agency accepts the insurance information, reviews the insurance information, enters the insurance information, establishes the social security collection account and collects the application fee in the bank through the computer system.

(5) The guardian of the insured child shall, after accepting the certificate-making procedures, go to the social security collection agency to receive the child medical insurance certificate and issue it to the insured person;

3. Children from low-income families:

(1) Insured children go to the civil affairs department in the area where their household registration is located to receive the application materials, print and confirm the insurance list, affix the seal, fill in the insurance form, prepare the insurance materials and return them to the civil affairs department;

(2) the civil affairs department shall review the forms and materials of insurance participation and report them to the social security institution;

(3) The social security agency accepts the insurance information, reviews the insurance information, enters the insurance information, establishes the social security collection account and collects the application fee in the bank through the computer system;

(4) After the collection of children's medical insurance premiums is successful, the civil affairs department can apply to the social security agency for making children's medical insurance certificates, print the certificate-making list in the children's insurance collection window, pay the certificate-making fee in the social security certificate-making window and go through the certificate-making procedures;

(5) 20 working days after the civil affairs department accepts the certificate-making procedures, it will go to the social security collection agency to receive the children's medical insurance certificate and issue it to the insured.
