Beijing social security account opening process

Legal analysis: 1. One original and one copy of the Letter of Authorization for Beijing Special Entrusted Collection and Payment signed with the bank where the account is opened; 2. The original and one copy of the organization code certificate (copy) issued by the national quality and technical supervision department;

3. The original and photocopy of the business license, certificate of legal person of public institution, certificate of registration of legal person of social organization and other certificates of approval for establishment or other certificates of approval for practice; 4. One original and one copy of the account opening permit (A4 paper stamped with the official seal of the company). In addition, if the employer (or operator) of individual industrial and commercial households is registered in the city, in addition to the above materials, a copy of the employer's (or operator's) household registration book (including the first page and personal page of the household registration book) must be submitted.

Article 4 Employers and individuals who pay social insurance premiums according to law in People's Republic of China (PRC) have the right to inquire about payment records and personal rights and interests records, and ask social insurance agencies to provide social insurance consultation and other related services. Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits according to law and have the right to supervise the payment of their own units.
