1. payment base: 3676- 18379

The upper limit of the payment base is determined according to 300%( 18379 yuan/month) of the average monthly salary of all-caliber urban employees in Fujian Province in 2020, and the lower limit is determined according to 60%(3676 yuan/month).

2. Payment ratio: 10%, all of which shall be paid by myself on a monthly basis.

Note: There are seven payment grades: 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100%, 20% and 300% * *. Monthly payment amount = payment base (6 126)× payment grade × payment proportion. If the payment grade is 100%, flexible employees need to pay medical insurance premiums for one month.
