How to eliminate social security records for college students

Social security records for recent graduates cannot be erased, and social security records can only be transferred in our state regulations.

1. A recent graduate is a student who is entering the last academic year of his/her educational level, during which he/she is a recent graduate.

2. A part of the students in the school period in the enterprise for internship, the enterprise in accordance with state regulations and sign a labor contract and social insurance does not affect the definition of whether the student is a recent graduate. But it also reflects the fact that the students have participated in practical work during the school and have practical experience in the internship.

Legal Basis

Article 4 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China Article 4: Employers and individuals in the territory of the People's Republic of China shall, in accordance with the law, pay social insurance premiums and shall have the right to inquire into the records of payment of the premiums and the rights and interests of individuals, and to request that the social insurance administration organization provide social insurance consultation and other related services.

Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits in accordance with the law, and have the right to supervise the payment of contributions for them by their own units.
