The Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security recently issued the "Rules for Handling Endowment Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents", which clarified that the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents can be transferred in the city and in different places. The pension is transferred to the special passbook opened by the insured in Bank of Beijing or Beijing Rural Commercial Bank at 5438+05 every month.

The "Handling Regulations" stipulates that if the insured person's household registration is transferred in the district (county), the funds in his personal account will not be transferred. If the insured person moves in different places and a new rural social endowment insurance (urban residents' endowment insurance) system is established in different places, the insured person may go to the agency where the original account is located with his ID card, household registration book and letter of acceptance in different places, and transfer the principal and interest of the insurance premium paid by the insured person to the fund account of the mobile agency and keep an account. Where the new rural social endowment insurance (urban residents' endowment insurance) system has not been established in other places of migration, the handling agency will liquidate all the funds in the insured person's personal account and return them to the insured person.

Those who have received the pension insurance benefits for urban and rural residents, who have moved their accounts, will no longer apply for the transfer of insurance relations, and the agencies where the original accounts are located will continue to issue the pension insurance benefits for urban and rural residents.

The "Handling Procedures" also proposes that before the end of March each year, the social security agency will print the personal rights and interests records of the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in the previous year, including the accumulated contributions at the end of the year and the annual contributions, and send them to the insured free of charge through the social security office. If the insured person has any objection to the payment information of the personal account, he can report it to the social security where the household registration is located.

The handling procedure was officially implemented from April 1 day.
