3. Mainland relatives of the staff of the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in Hong Kong or Macao, the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong or Macao, and the cadres of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) units stationed in Hong Kong or Macao applying for visiting relatives in Hong Kong and Macao shall be issued with a three-month multiple-visit endorsement for a period of up to 90 days from the date of their first entry into the territory of Hong Kong or Macao.

3. Individual business operators.

(2) Types of endorsement:

7. Replacement of Exit-entry Permit to Hong Kong and Macao

Beijing residents holding Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao and endorsement for staying in Hong Kong or during the return to the mainland, re-apply for Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao and endorsement for staying in Hong Kong and Macao again can be in the Exit-Entry Administration of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau or the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau of the Shenzhen Immigration and Visa Office for processing.

When applying for an endorsement, the following cases can be entrusted:

(1) the applicant is under 16 years old or has reached 60 years old;

(2) the person who applies for an endorsement for the same subject matter again in the same acceptance department with the same Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao (excluding business endorsement application in a different place);

(3) the applicant who travels to Hong Kong or Macao for employment through a labor operating company, and the applicant who travels to Hong Kong or Macao for employment, and the applicant who travels to Hong Kong or Macao for employment in a different place. (c) Applicants who go to Hong Kong or Macao for employment through labor-management companies and re-apply for an Exit-entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao and an endorsement during their employment in Hong Kong or Macao are appointed by the Ministry of Commerce to apply for them on their behalf.

(4) Mainland residents who are in Hong Kong or Macao with an endorsement to stay can apply on their behalf through the China Travel Service in Hong Kong or Macao.

In the above cases, the delegated person must submit a power of attorney, submit the original identity certificates of himself/herself and the delegated person, and submit photocopies.

Special Circumstances

(1) Applications for Exit-Entry Permit for Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao and endorsement for Chinese citizens who have settled abroad and are working or residing in Beijing shall be accepted by the Exit-Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.

The applicant submits a completed "Application Form for Mainland Residents Traveling to and from Hong Kong and Macao" with a two-inch color photo of the recent frontal, bare-faced photo (with a light blue or white background) affixed to it, and submits a Chinese passport and proof of settlement abroad (such as a foreign language that needs to be translated by a designated company), the original and photocopies of proof of work or residency in Beijing, and the corresponding supporting documents for applications for other types of endorsements. 3. Required Documents for Application:
