When you lose your social security card, please call 12333 labor security service telephone for verbal loss (24-hour service), or you can go to the social insurance agency with your own valid ID and photocopies to apply for official loss procedures.

After the verbal registration of loss, the social insurance agency will issue a new card based on the official registration of loss by the insured person or his/her agent with his/her and his/her agent's valid ID and photocopies.
