The bank where the medical insurance account is opened will notify the insured unit to go through the formalities of submitting the form, paying the fee and getting the card at the medical insurance center after the second month of insurance registration 19;

5. The agent of the card-issuing insured unit shall issue social security agents to the insured within one week after receiving the card. Social security agencies should issue social security (citizen) cards to the insured within one week after receiving the cards.

6. After receiving the card, check the name, resident ID number and other information on the card and passbook. In addition, be sure to change the password.
