2. Preliminary qualification examination

(5) Qualification examination and interview
1. Selection of interview candidates

2. Qualification examination
For the interview candidates, the municipal people's social department organizes the qualification review when issuing the interview notice. 3. Interview organization

4. Calculation method of total score
After the interview, the total score is calculated according to the proportion of 50% written test scores of public subjects and 50% interview scores of positions without professional subjects; For positions with professional test-taking requirements, the total score is calculated according to the proportion of 30% written test scores of public subjects, 40% professional test-taking scores and 30% interview scores. The written test score, interview score and total score after synthesis are all kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is rounded off.
(6) Physical examination
According to the proportion of the number of people in the job recruitment plan 1: 1, the medical examiners are determined from the qualified interviewers according to the total score from high to low. If the total score is the same, it will be determined according to the interview results. If the interview results are still the same, an additional test will be organized to confirm. Physical examination shall be organized and implemented by the recruiting unit and its competent department. Physical examination standards shall be implemented according to the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation), Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) and Notice on Further Improving Physical Examination of Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province (Su Ren She Fa [20 13] 186).
Social workers who take part in the physical examination and fresh graduates who have signed contracts must provide proof that their units agree to apply for the examination before the physical examination. (7) Investigation

If the social employee to be employed has signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the original work unit, he shall be responsible for the termination according to the relevant provisions.
In the employment examination and approval stage, if the employment qualification is cancelled due to non-compliance with the policy or the candidate voluntarily gives up the employment qualification before receiving the employment notice, the candidate who passed the job interview will be replenished at one time according to the total score from high score to low score. Candidates who give up employment after receiving the Notice of Employment will not be replaced.
The employing unit signs an employment contract with the person to be employed, and after the probation period (probation period) expires, the employment and grading will be carried out. Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment relationship will be terminated.
The personnel employed this time will not be managed with reference to the Civil Service Law. Now the unit I work in meets the management conditions of the Civil Service Law and is approved to refer to the Civil Service Law. The employed personnel will be diverted to institutions with the same funding channels. If they don't obey the arrangement and the employment relationship is terminated, I will find a job myself.
Fourth, discipline and supervision.
