4, according to the provisions of one of the following documents and information:

(1) in order to practice the application, by the employer to log on to the Shenzhen Residence Permit / Labor and Employment Registration Online Reporting System, online submission of electronic data, with the Shenzhen Residence Permit application form and a list of people to apply for a centralized application.

(2) If the applicant applies for a residence permit by owning a property, he/she shall submit the original and photocopy of the Certificate of Real Estate Property Rights or other property rights certificates of the house in which he/she lives (the spouse and children of the owner of the Certificate of Real Estate Property Rights shall also provide the original and photocopy of the household registration book and the Certificate of Marriage (or proof of marital status) when applying for a residence permit);

(3) If the applicant applies for a residence permit by virtue of his/her status as a talented person or an overseas talented person, the applicant shall submit the application form and list of persons applying for a residence permit from the municipal government. Persons applying for residence permits shall submit certificates issued by the relevant departments of the municipal government;

Persons of non-Shenzhen household registration applying for residence permits shall at the same time comply with the following conditions:

(1) Having a lawful and stable residence in the Special Administrative Region. A non-Shenzhen household member shall be deemed to have a lawful and stable residence if he or she has resided there for twelve consecutive months from the date of application for residence registration to the date of application for a residence permit;

(2) he or she has a lawful and stable occupation in the Special Administrative Region. Non-Shenzhen residents who have participated in social insurance in the SAR for twelve consecutive months from the date of residence registration to the date of application for a residence permit, or for a total of eighteen months in the two years prior to the date of application for a residence permit, shall be deemed to have a lawful and stable occupation.

Non-Shenzhen residents who meet the requirements for the introduction of talents into the SAR and who are receiving full-time secondary and higher education in the SAR, and who have applied for residence registration in the SAR in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations, may apply for a residence permit directly.
