3. (3) Retired conscripts who are self-employed, noncommissioned officers who have served in active service for less than 12 years, soldiers who meet the working conditions arranged by the people's government but voluntarily choose to be self-employed when they retire, demobilized officers and civilian cadres.
1. Before the end of August every year, the financial department of the military logistics (joint logistics and security) organ will issue a letter to the relevant county-level social insurance agencies on providing the bank information of the social insurance agencies according to the retired resettlement and household registration distribution of the troops;

3.
