Guizhou social security minimum payment base 2023

The minimum payment base of social security in Guizhou Province in 2023 is as follows:

1, and the upper and lower limits of the payment wage are 300% and 50% of the average wage of employees in urban units in the province in 20 18, respectively;

2. The upper and lower limit standards of payment wages are 300% and 60% of the average wages of employed persons in all urban units in the province in 20 18 years respectively;

3. The upper and lower limits of the payment base of endowment insurance for employees in urban enterprises are 300% and 40% of the average wage of employees in urban non-private units respectively;

4. The payment base standard of urban individual insured personnel shall be implemented according to 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% of the average wage of the whole province respectively.

Legal basis: Article 28 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Medical expenses that meet the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency rescue shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.

Article 29

The medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, and shall be directly settled by social insurance agencies, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units.

The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
