Does reissue the social security card affect receiving unemployment benefits?

Receiving unemployment insurance benefits is not directly related to employees' social security cards, only when employees meet the conditions for receiving unemployment insurance benefits and go through the application procedures.

Legal basis: Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law. Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
