Change of social security name
I. Steps to change social security information after an individual changes his name:
1, the insured shall provide the unit with a copy of the resident identity card and household registration book;
2, with the "personal information change form" and a copy of the relevant documents to the insured district and county social security center for personal basic information change procedures;
3. Then, the insured person holds a copy of the resident ID card and household registration book, and goes to the social security card service network to change the card.
Two. Materials required for the change of social security name:
1, personal information change registration form in duplicate, with official seal;
2. Change the description and affix the official seal;
3. Copy of employee ID card (clear ratio: 1: 1, front and back on a piece of A4 paper) with official seal;
4 copies of the first page, personal page and change page of the employee's household registration book, with official seal;
5. One original and one copy of the certificate issued by the police station where the account is located, and the copy is stamped with the official seal;
The renaming of employee social security is basically not allowed to be handled by employees themselves, but must be handled by the professional responsible personnel of the employer.

Article 57 If the social insurance registration items of the employing unit are changed or the employing unit is terminated according to law, it shall go to the social insurance agency to change or cancel the social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of change or termination.

Article 9 If the registered items of the payer's social insurance are changed or the payer is terminated according to law, it shall go through the formalities of changing or canceling the social insurance registration at the social insurance agency within 30 days from the date of change or termination.

Article 10 The main contents of the registration of change of insurance participation include: name, citizenship number, payment grade, bank account number, type of special insured group, gender, nationality, residential address, telephone number, household registration nature, household registration address, etc.
When the above contents are changed, the insured shall bring the original and photocopy of ID card and relevant documents and materials to the village (neighborhood) committee to apply for registration of change.
