Social Security Showing Suspended Participation

Social security shows the suspension of participation means that the state of social security participation for the suspension of payment. It means that the person concerned has not paid the fees during this period of time, as follows:

1, if the employer has not paid, you can urge the employer to pay in time. According to relevant laws, the employer shall apply for social insurance registration for its employees to the social insurance agency within thirty days from the date of employment. Failure to apply for social insurance registration, the social insurance agency to approve the social insurance premiums to be paid;

2, the employer shall self-declare, pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, not due to force majeure and other legal reasons shall not be deferred, reduced or waived. The social insurance premiums to be paid by employees shall be withheld and paid by the employing organization on behalf of the employees, and the employing organization shall inform the employees of the details of the payment of social insurance premiums on a monthly basis.

Legal basis: Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China

The employer shall apply for social insurance registration with the social insurance agency for its employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If it fails to register for social insurance, the social insurance administration organization shall approve the social insurance premiums it shall pay.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance with their employers, and other flexibly employed persons shall apply to the social insurance administrative organization for social insurance registration.

The State establishes a nationally unified individual social security number. The personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
