Why didn't I get a social security card?

Generally speaking, since the company helps your employees buy social security, it should help you collect social security cards collectively. When the social security card is available, the company will inform your employees to collect it personally.

But it does not rule out that after the company helps you with social security, you can go to the social security bureau to get the social security card yourself.

However, the general social security office will issue social security cards within six months. I suggest you consult the relevant department in charge of social security affairs in your company.

If you need to collect it yourself, you can take the company certificate and your ID card to the social security center to collect it.
