How to reimburse Puning's medical insurance in different places

The medical expenses directly settled by the insured in designated hospitals in different places shall be implemented in accordance with the policy of "Directory of Medical Places and Insured Places". Whether in hospital or out-patient; the medical insurance drug list; medical service facilities and the scope for diagnosis and treatment items are all subject of the medical insurance policy. The minimum payment standard, payment proportion, maximum payment limit and settlement period of the medical insurance fund shall implement the medical insurance policy of the insured place. Article 28 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) conforms to the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, standards of medical service facilities and medical expenses for emergency rescue, and shall be paid from the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations. Twenty-ninth medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, and shall be directly settled by the social insurance agency, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units. The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
