When calculating the contribution base based on the total salary, the part of the average monthly salary of the employees that is higher than 300% of the average monthly salary of the employees in the province in the previous year is not counted as the contribution base of the basic pension insurance of the unit; the part that is lower than 60% of the average monthly salary of the employees in the province in the previous year is approved according to 60%.
