According to the spirit of the document "Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Payment of Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Residents in Beijing in 20 16" (J.S.F. [2015] No.31), the relevant matters concerning the payment of basic medical insurance for urban residents in Beijing in 20 16 are hereby announced as follows:

First, the time of insurance payment.

In 20 16, the payment time of the basic medical insurance for urban residents in this city is 20 15 September 1 to 10 October1.

Second, the individual payment standard

The amount of individual contributions for urban elderly is 360 yuan per person per year; The individual payment amount of students and children is 160 yuan per person per year; Individual contributions of urban unemployed residents are 660 yuan per person per year, and individual contributions of disabled unemployed residents are 360 yuan per person per year.

Third, the mode of payment

Urban residents who meet the insurance requirements should deposit enough money according to the above criteria before September 20th, 20 15 or before June 20th, 20 10/0 (Note: they should deposit in 10 yuan on the basis of ensuring full payment of medical insurance premiums. Where the cash payment method is adopted, the medical insurance premium shall be paid in full at one time according to the time specified by the social security office of the street (township) and schools and kindergartens (hereinafter referred to as the insured units).

Fourth, the individual exemption qualification examination

All kinds of personnel who meet the conditions of individual exemption from payment and continue to participate in the insurance (except retirees from neighborhood committees, retired old activists from neighborhood committees, and retired cadres without working spouses) shall go to the insured units to handle the qualification inspection procedures for financial subsidies for the new year with the relevant documents issued by the civil affairs department or the written explanation confirmed (original and photocopy); For those who have no capacity for behavior or action, the civil affairs department or guardian shall go through the qualification examination procedures for financial subsidies in the new year.

Urban residents must hold one of the valid certificates of Beijing Urban Residents' Minimum Living Guarantee Certificate, Beijing Urban Residents' Difficult Subsidy Certificate, Beijing Urban Poor Support Certificate and Beijing Low-income Assistance Certificate for free qualification verification. Among them, the disabled among the unemployed residents need to submit the China People's Disabled Persons' Card, and the severely disabled need to submit the subsistence allowance and living certificate.
