First, the identification of the subject matter of execution

3. If real estate is obtained due to judicial judgment or judicial mediation, the housing purchase restriction policy will not be implemented; If the real estate is obtained through judicial auction, it shall be implemented in accordance with the housing purchase restriction policy, and the purchaser shall be qualified to purchase the house.

4. If the house is purchased again due to monetary resettlement, according to the audit opinion of the Municipal Construction Committee, the house with the number or area of houses to be expropriated and below will be purchased, and the housing purchase restriction policy will not be implemented.

Two, on the identification of social security and tax payment certificate

1. For individual industrial and commercial households, the tax payment voucher is determined according to the individual income tax voucher, and the unpaid months are calculated together.

If the application for replacement of the house purchase certificate is lost, and the certificate has not been purchased within the validity period, it shall be implemented according to the Notice of the General Office of the Municipal Government on Further Adjusting the Housing Purchase Restriction Policy of our city (No.56 [20 17]).

3. The validity period of the new house purchase certificate is adjusted to 180 days (now 90 days).
