Cardholders of ICBC or China Construction Bank can sign an electronic social security card through the State Council client and applet, Pocket 12333 APP, Aishandong APP, Alipay, WeChat, China UnionPay Express, ICBC mobile APP and China Construction Bank mobile APP, and then use the online application function in the electronic social security card to change the card. After receiving the social security card mailed by the bank, individuals need to go to the offline service outlets of the issuing bank for business activation.
