Retirement procedure flow

(a) application-insured workers reach the statutory retirement age, to the unit, the unit in the online service hall for retirement approval.

The employer logs in to the online service hall of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Jiangsu Province, and selects "Basic Old-age Insurance Service for Enterprise Employees" in the "Social Insurance" module in the column of "Work in the Unit" to apply for retirement online. (2) Acceptance-the unit collects materials and submits application materials to the social security center acceptance window.

(3) Approval-The acceptance window will transfer the collected materials to the retirement approval department for approval.

(4) Insurance suspension-employees who reach the age in the current month should go through the insurance suspension procedures in the "Stop Work and Stop Insurance" module within 1 1-30 days of the current month, and the reason for the change must be "reaching the statutory retirement age" (Reminder: employees who have not applied for social security cards in Jiangsu Province need to apply for social security cards in Jiangsu Province).

(5) Audit-The retirement examination and approval department will transfer the retirement treatment to the treatment examination and approval department for examination and approval.

(VI) Handover-After the treatment review is completed, the treatment examination and approval department will hand over the employee files to the filing department and bring them into social management.
