1. People who have lived in Beijing for more than 6 months and meet one of the conditions of legally stable employment, legally stable residence and continuous study in Beijing can apply for the Beijing Residence Permit from the local police station.

2. If the applicant's Beijing residence registration card has been valid for more than 5 months but less than 7 months, and meets one of the conditions of "legally stable employment, legally stable residence and continuous study in Beijing", he may apply for the renewal of Beijing residence registration card.

Note: Service management for foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents and overseas Chinese shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Processing materials 1. Proof of identity

2. Proof of stay time

A residence registration card in Beijing valid for more than 5 months and less than 7 months, or a tax payment certificate or social security certificate for 6 months in Beijing, or a valid work residence permit.

Note: The starting and ending time of continuous payment for 6 months means that continuous payment for 6 months is pushed forward from the previous month of the application month.

3. One of the proofs of legally stable employment, legally stable residence and continuous study:

(1) If Beijing residence registration card is used as proof of residence time:

Choose legal and stable employment, that is, provide any of the following forms of materials:

A. A labor contract or employment contract or proof of labor relationship that has not been fulfilled for more than 6 months and is stamped with the official seal of Beijing Employer;

(2) A business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce of this Municipality at least six months after the expiration of the business term;

(2) choose a legally stable residence, that is, provide one of the following materials:

A. For owner-occupied houses, provide house ownership certificate or property ownership certificate; Without obtaining the house ownership certificate or property right certificate, provide the online contract for the sale of commercial housing;

B. Renting a house: if renting a resident's house, provide the original or photocopy of the house ownership certificate or immovable property certificate or the online contract for the sale of commercial housing, the detailed address of the house, the names of both the lessor and the lessee, and the ID number of the resident with a lease term of more than 6 months.

C. Living in schools, hospitals, scientific research institutes and other institutions, enterprises and institutions: provide proof of residence stamped with the official seal of the personnel or security department of the unit.

(3) Choose continuous learning, that is, provide any of the following materials:

A. If you have obtained a primary and secondary school student status in this city and are studying in this school, you shall provide your student ID card (including primary and secondary school student ID card) issued by the school.

B. If a secondary vocational school, an ordinary institution of higher learning or a scientific research institution with postgraduate training qualifications in this Municipality obtains a student status and receives full-time academic education, it shall provide a student ID card issued by the school or scientific research institution.

Note: If the handling personnel choose legal and stable employment or continue to study, if the current address is inconsistent with the Beijing residence registration card, they must also provide the Beijing residence certificate consistent with the current address.

(2) If the tax payment certificate or social security certificate or valid work residence permit is used as proof of residence time, you can apply for residence permit according to legal and stable employment. Tax payment certificate or social security certificate or valid work residence permit can also be used as proof of legal and stable employment, and the agent must also provide proof of residence in Beijing.
