1. 2. Unemployed people or those who pay in the social security personal window do not need to provide an application form or proof of the unit, but they need to provide a written application (the application form must have its signature and fingerprint). Unemployed people must produce the original unemployment certificate within the validity period (check the original and keep a copy).
