Social security is suspended for two months and wages are paid.

Social security payment refers to the interruption of social security payment for some reason and no payment in the middle months. Now, due to recruitment or other reasons, it is necessary to make up the part that has not been paid before, in order to obtain a complete social security period and ensure the normal identification of recruitment and settlement. Under normal circumstances, general units (regions) can only make up for 2 months. If it takes longer, it will have to be operated by some institutions.

Precautions:

1. The social security policy is that it can be repaid for two years at most, that is to say, from the month of repayment (according to the time period of payment, not according to the cumulative month). For example, any time period from April 10 to April 2009 is considered as a year. For example, any time period from 10 April to March 2009 to April 2008 is counted as two years, and only September 2008 is paid separately.

2. Payment amount = the average social wage of the previous year at the time of payment * (the annual payment wage base should be added with% of the average social wage) ×× payment ratio× payment coefficient.

3. According to Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law, the employer shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

4. Article 63 stipulates that if the employer fails to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order it to pay or make up within a time limit.

5. Under normal circumstances, the time limit for paying back insurance depends on the social insurance premium collection agencies and enterprises.
