2. Go through the formalities at the social security service center with my ID card (or household registration book). Ask for one-inch color photos.

(2) Bank card

1, get through to the customer service phone on the mobile phone and ask the bank customer service to help report the loss temporarily first.

2. Bring your ID card to the bank counter to formally report the loss. Generally, you can report the loss on the spot without waiting. As long as you bring your ID card, you can basically report the loss smoothly.

Introduction of social security card account

After the social security card is bound to the bank card, you can go to the bank to withdraw money. The bank social security card includes two accounts: one is a social security account and the other is a bank account.

1. Activation of social security account: I need to bring my bank social security card, my old social security card (if I don't have it, I don't need it) and my ID card to the social security counter of the bank to fill in the form and set a password to activate the social security account, but the account cannot be used for withdrawal;

2. Bank account: I need to bring my bank social security card and my ID card to the bank counter to fill in the form, and set a password to activate the bank card account, which has the same function as ordinary bank cards and can be used for withdrawal and transfer.

3. Note: It is recommended to set the passwords of two accounts separately, preferably not the same, to ensure the safe use of each account.

Two cases of bank card replacement

1, keep the old number. If you give up the original card number and replace it directly with a new card, the card number will change. Of course, the money in the old card will be transferred to the new card. Generally, the replacement of this card number can be handled immediately, which means that a trip to the bank can complete the replacement of the loss.

2. Reopen the new number. If you need a new card but the card number remains the same, it will take 7 working days. Before issuing a new card, you must report the loss, report the loss after 7 days, and then reissue it.
