Can Shanghai social security fee be refunded?

1) If it is true that employees have overpaid social security fees, they can apply for a refund. You can go to the social security website, download and print a social insurance business declaration form (declaration form 1, special business), tick the refund office, explain it in the description office below, seal it and send it to the social security counter.

2) It should be noted that the application for account refund can only be processed two months after the social security confirms the payment, and it is useless to go early.
