1. After the social security card of Ningbo Beilun is lost, the cardholder shall immediately report the loss temporarily through the 24-hour telephone hotline 0574-87290000, and the social security card system will immediately freeze the use of the social security card function after confirming the loss reporting information.

2. Then go to the social security card management center on the fifth floor of Building B of Beilun District Government (south of the medical insurance center of Taihe Business Building) at Changjiang Road, Beilun 1 166, and go through the formalities for completing the social security card (ID card), and bring the cardholder's ID card with you, which can usually be completed on the same day.
