The talent market pays social security but doesn't.

Don't be silly. It is illegal for a company not to pay social security, and social security for employees is mandatory.

The unit does not pay social security to reduce the burden and does not consider the interests of employees. You should ask the unit to apply for social security as soon as possible. If the unit does not care, it will complain to the labor inspection, and the unit will be punished. Or leave the unit as soon as possible.

The financial burden paid by oneself is large, the burden paid by the unit is large, and the personal burden is small. The social security pension of the unit is much higher than the pension paid by the individual.

At present, the policy does not allow social security payment companies and talent markets to represent social security, but forces units to handle it directly to workers.

The handling of employee social security has nothing to do with household registration, where the personnel files are, and whether or not a labor contract is signed.
