2. Children who are transferred from outside the city and meet the insurance conditions shall go through the insurance and payment procedures within two months after transfer.

3. Newborns can apply for insurance and payment procedures at any time within two months after birth.

4. After applying for insurance, go through the insurance and payment procedures within the specified time, and the social security agency will accept the insurance payment procedures in the fourth month after applying for insurance (the first insurance in 2007).
