Retail pharmacies whose designated qualifications have been cancelled due to violation of regulations shall not declare the designated qualifications of medical insurance in this Municipality within three years after the case is involved, and retail pharmacies run by the person in charge of the enterprise or chain enterprises shall not declare the designated qualifications of medical insurance in this Municipality within one year thereafter.
