Neijiang social security contribution standard 2022
The pension is composed of a base pension and a personal account pension. The higher the contribution base, the higher the "average wage index" which is the relevant parameter for calculating the basic pension, and the higher the corresponding basic pension; the personal account is gradually accumulated by the contributions over the years, and the accumulated reserve of the personal account is a part of the calculation of the pension, which is transferred to the personal account when the employee contributes 8% of his/her own salary. The higher the contribution base, the higher the accumulated savings in the individual account. The higher the contribution base, the more money will be transferred to the personal account according to the proportion, the more accumulated reserves, the higher the pension will be; on the contrary, the pension will be low.
Neijiang pension insurance can receive how much money a month, in fact, the calculation of the pension is based on the sum of the monthly basic pension and monthly personal account pension to calculate. While the basic pension is to be calculated according to (the average monthly salary of all workers in the province in the previous year + my indexed average monthly contribution salary) ÷ 2 × years of contribution × 1%, the monthly personal account pension is calculated according to the balance of the personal account ÷ number of months of payment.
The following remittance base ratios are provided for reference;
Employees of employing units: 14% of the unit, 8% of the individual
Individual economic organizations: 12% of the unit, 8% of the individual
Flexible employment: 20% of the individual
Staff of institutions: 16% of the unit, 8% of the individual
Urban and rural residents: the annual contribution standard is set at seven levels. There are seven levels of contribution standards: 360 yuan for the first level, 600 yuan for the second level, 900 yuan for the third level, 1,200 yuan for the fourth level, 1,800 yuan for the fifth level, 3,600 yuan for the sixth level and 4,800 yuan for the seventh level. Participants independently choose one of the tiers of contributions, in principle, in a natural year unchanged.

Article 12 The employer shall pay the basic pension insurance premiums in accordance with the proportion of the total wages of the employees of the employer as stipulated by the State, which shall be credited to the Basic Pension Insurance Coordination Fund. Employees shall pay basic pension insurance premiums in proportion to their own wages as prescribed by the State and credit them to their individual accounts. Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time workers who do not participate in basic pension insurance with their employers, and other flexibly employed persons who participate in basic pension insurance shall pay basic pension insurance premiums in accordance with the state regulations, which shall be credited to the basic pension insurance general fund and individual accounts respectively.
Article 23 Employees shall participate in basic medical insurance for employees, and the employer and employees shall pay the basic medical insurance premiums together in accordance with the state regulations***.
Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time workers who do not participate in the basic medical insurance of employees in the employing organization, and other flexibly employed persons may participate in the basic medical insurance of employees, and individuals shall pay the basic medical insurance premiums in accordance with the state regulations.
