5. Defending rights and helping each other: Defending rights, and talking with other colleagues who encounter similar problems.

6. Legal channels: apply to the Labor Arbitration Commission for arbitration, or bring a lawsuit to the court.

7. Change jobs: Consider looking for new job opportunities.
